Weeks 1-10: 500mg GP test Enath250 ( 1ml Twice per week)
Weeks 1-10: 250mg GP Deca250 - 250mg ( 0.5ml Twice per week)
Weeks 1-4: 40mg GP Turan per day
Weeks 1-13: 0.5mg GP Anastrozole per day
This is my first cycle. on week one right now. my diet is clean Im 21 i weigh 220lbs 6'3 .
right now I'm avg bout 400-450 grams protein and 400carbs. im watching how the carbs go though might change it if I start gaining to much fat. I feel like this should be a good cycle and exp. I just want to get the most out of it. planning on doing my first show in November. I was thinking of using Clen when I start getting in shape for the show. I know I have a lot more to learn so teach me. Thanks. A little more on the diet. can you take to much whey? typical training day for me. protein/carb
530 wake up protein/carb shake 50/70
810 egg white omelet/brown rice 50/100
9-12 usually nap If I can if not 1030 fish/ rice 50/50
1130-12 fish or chicken/rice 50/100
I make sure to get 200 carbs by this time not counting the shake
1:30-2 meat 50grams protein
3:00-330 preworkout protein carb shake 50/70
530-6 post same as above 50/70
8-830 meat 50
10:00 protein shake 50-75
I was 218 but now I'm holding 220 for the past 3days
I do cardio almost every training day hit for 15-20 or incline walk for 30-40 mostly walk
