What are the Con's of drinking Zero calorie carbonated beverages while cutting, if any?
When dropping bf I don't drink any sodas at all. They are pointless and serve no purpose,when cutting everything you consume your body needs to hold onto muscle. Sodas bloat my stomach and smooth out my apperance.
some diet sodas cause bloating to certain individuals and some are said to cause an insulin spike as well. you don't need to totally avoid but definitely limit yourself and get most of your fluid intake from water

Im a serious diet coke head. I dropped 26 lbs in the last 3 months while holding onto a good deal of muscle while drinkin 3-4 cans a day. Just keep your water intake up (should follow my own advice) due to the diuretic properites of caffeine.
