diet advice

sust 250 30iu ed
primo 100mgs 4x a week
winny d 100mg eod (ran a 20 ml bottle out of this now)

Im at the front end of the cycle i have a ways to go. ive gained a good 10 pound not alot of water wieght.

THIS IS MY DILEMA: I FIGHT PRO AND BROKE MY ARM A YEAR AGO HAD TO DO ALOT OF PT AND GAINED ALOT OF BODY FAT. I LOVE THE RESULTS AND I WANT TO KEEP ON.
I WAS RUNNING HI CAL HI CARD AND PROTIEN DIET, MY BELLY FAT IS GOING BUT MY BODY HERTS FROM THE EXTRA WIEGHT. i need a good diet ratio and any idea maybe even a training routine I WILL NE A GINNY PIG ..... BEFORE AND AFTER PICS THE WHOLE NINE YARDS YOU TAKE ALL CREDIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Ok we need to fix your cycle first. Trust me bro, this is how you're supposed to have been running your shit.

Are you saying you're shooting the sust every day? Sustanon and primo only need to be shot twice a week. If your pin-happy, you can shoot the sust eod due to the prop in it.

From now on I would take your winny every day. Instead of 100mg/eod, take 50mg/ed. This will ensure steadier blood levels. The half-life of winny isn't long enough to carry through 2 days.

What do you mean your body hurts from the extra weight? It hurts from the extra fat? Or the extra weight in general? I know how the latter of the two feels. When I get much over 200lbs my body hurts more. Keep in mine im typically under 7%bf too. If this is the case then your SOL. Its just something you're gonna have to deal with. Ive found that i feel healthiest at like 195lbs.

If your body hurts from the extra fat then the first thing you should start doing is early am cardio on an empty stomach. I'm not that great with diet macros and all so I'll leave that to one of the diet-geniuses around here.

20% of body fat thats almost 50 grease pounds! you should be taking 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, and you should cycle carbs! Try go low during two weeks, only having fish meats eggs cheese and vegetables and when u feel cravings throw some nuts. after 2 weeks take a whole cheat day! then go back low again and every four days have a cheat meal only at night so you dont blow it! supps, isolated whey, multivitamin and fish oils! Post work out have a shake of 60g whey+10g glutamine and fish oil tabs! That should help! It works bro
 
Hi, ok don't get freaked out by the math, it is not that complicated really if you look at is slowly.

Start reading the packages of the things you are eating and try and sort out how much you are eating.

Some on-line sites like CalorieKing and fitday make it easy, you can just type in the food and the amount i.e) either as one chicken breast or by different weights.

At least you will have a rough estimate of what you are eating as fat gain and fat loss is all about the calories.

This is a quick and easy calculation to figure out how many calories you need to MAINTAIN your current weight


238 lbs x 16 = 3808 kcals/day

3808 kcals/ 6 meals = 630 kcals/meal


To LOSE weight you need to create a calorie deficit from diet, training and cardio.

With diet, you never want to have too severe of a calorie deficit, starving the fat off never results in a nice physique.

As you have a higher amount of fat, you could tolerate more of a calorie deficit, so take off 20 %

3808 x 0.2 = 761 kcals

3808 - 761 = 3046 kcals/day

3026 divided by 6 meals a day = 510 kcals/meal

If you do this, with training, you should easily be able to lose 2 lbs/week.
