ok.......i'm like 5'9''-5'10'' and weigh about 225lbs. im not sure of my body fat but it' gotta be kinda high...i'm definately a lil overweight. i basically wanna get down to like 205 or something like that. i've been goin to the gym mon-fri. doin 30 mins of cardio (mostly treadmill) b4 i lift everyday. my sched. is sumpin like this:
mon- legs
tues-chest
wed-back
thurs-bi's and tri's
friday-shoulders
i do abs everyday. also i just started takin' Xenadrine this tuesday. which has kinda hindered my appetite. i've been drinking shitloads of water and pissing all the time. basically all i've eaten since i started the Xenadrine has been chicken, tuna, salad, a piece of fruit everyday after lunch, and a couple of peanuts (in the shell, unsalted and stuff). I also have like a glass of milk a day. I feel really bloated. Im not sure what the deal is. my workouts have been kickass since i went on the Xen. maybe i just need to give it some time. but in the meantime, any suggestions on the diet? what can i eat? i actually have to force food down (a very rare thing for me), but i'm sure that i should definately be eating more. i dont want to lose any muscle. also any other good stuff i should be taking.

btw. dunno if this matters but most of my fat is on my gut and pecs. just a lil on the arms, but not much.
