Diet advice while on

I'm a fair ways into my test E cycle and am on close to 190 lbs now at 5 10. My macros are usually something like 500 carbs 60 fats and 240 protein. which works out about 3600-3700 cals. Is there anything worth changing I've gained close to 17 lbs so far probs 10 or so of it lean mass.
 
I would up the protein to 300 at least, your carbs seem very high to me, if you feel you're gaining fat drop them back a bit, if not don't worry...
 
I'd bump protein to 400, drop carbs to 300, and raise fat to 100. That will keep you at 3700. I'd also add in n2slin and gear.

Why protein so high. Seems like overkill. For when not on AAS you only need 0.64-0.82g/lb of protein to achieve optimal levels of MPS. For him that would be about 150g protein, but I'd advise caution towards 180g. Now with the introduction of AAS it increases MPS and as a result you can utilize more protein, but I doubt to the extent you are suggesting.

Also, why up fats to 100g? 0.4g/lb is enough for natural athletes and because you are injecting yourself with exongenous hormones the need for fats is even less.

Just curious as to what brought you dietary recommendations.

Many enhanced athletes keep protein at 1.5-2 grams per lb. Good Fats are still needed for optimal performance and I would at least keep them at 25% which 100 grams is. Some may cut fats to 20% but I feel 25-30% is better for me. He can adjust the ratios as needed but I feel that's a good start.

400 grams daily does sound like a lot however 2x off cycle levels makes a lot of sense as MPS is so dramatically increased. One thing I am curious about is how long after a cycle should one keep their calories high so ones body can adjust goths increased mass. Throughout PCT or just a couple weeks then continue on with the new TDEE?
