Diet advice for fat loss/shredding

Hey, any diet advice wud be great for shredding fat. Currently takin L carnetine chromium green tea extract multi vitamins omega 3 a thermo fat burner along with
3 protien shakes (gold standard)
3 portions of whole grain brown rice with tuna peas and jalapeños
And after workout 250g extra lean steak mince/turkey steak with scotch bonnet peppers spinach and 3 egg whites.
Roughly,
Calories. 1950-2000
Carbs. 160-180
Protein. 220-230
I'm 26, I weigh 202lbs between about 13%-18% roughly Do about 1-1.5 hours weights and high intensity core a day and 20 mins cycling a day during week, also have a physical job. Weekend I stay fairly active and do 2 hour bike ride.
All this and still can't manage to lose my love handles ha ha
Bin training like this for 3 months but have been weight training for 3 years but with bad diet advice.
Any advice will be very great full.

by your avi (which is tiny, upgrade to plat geez) and your profile pic youre actually pretty low bf and I see more obliques than I do bf in the "love handle" area
the only thing I see in that diet that could be giving you issues is a LOT of liquid cals (I use ON whey too but one a day) and the rice
BUT if youre workout if what youre saying it is...I tend to think your body is hanging on to a little bit of fat for a fuel reserve and you need the carbs youre getting.

you can try a few things, you can turn the cardio into HIIT, you can try to get more vegetable carbs in your diet and less rice, you can aim for some more EFA's because I see no mention of ANY fats in your diet beyond the steak and fats are actually incredibly important for your body to function (a great fat is avocado)
and you might want to look into lean gains/intermittent fasting

do you have an insulin problem? or did you? otherwise I'd drop the chromium..it doesnt do much for a person unless you have an insulin resistance problem and its just one more(or several more) pills to take
if it were me I'd tweak the the carbs a bit and add some healthy fats and change my cardio a bit and re-evaluate in two-three weeks
I'd say you're at that difficult stage where it will take drastic measures to get you leaner


all of that and I think your pics are pretty "rawr" lol

Will try ur suggestions as was already looking into working out a decent hiit regime as my core workout is high intensity as is.

great advice ^^^^^^^^^i agree with shirlene , if you could drop some of that rice in favour of green veg you would definitely shredd quicker bro.
