I did 2 sets of each. Ususally just do 4 sets of one or the other, but thought maybe mixing it up would give my muscles a shocker.
Good idea or bad idea?

I think I'm the *only person* at my gym who does DLs at all.......I usually do SLDLs myself, but I don't see a prob. with doing them both on the same day.....
