FF- I could care less whose theories you believe, bottom line is i have tried both ways and found having A DEX/WHEY drink prior to working out has helped tremendously w/ gains and overall workout endurance.
Speaking of posting results, i believe someone has allready posted whats ideal pre,during and postworkout meals were a month or so ago when Frackal brought up a point on how he had an ideal preworkout meal.
If you go back and look, it will be under a post like "Challenge: to come up w/ a better preworkout meal"
