Yeah I certainly fried them Z I can't hardly walk today. But hey pain is good!
Here what I've done today matey


Standing mil press. Do not go lower then your chin. Press well behind your head. 4x8 99lbs

Upright row 4x8 94lbs


Arnold press. 3x12[/ 30lbs




Lat raise.
missed out!


Front raises. 3x8 22lbs

Bent lat raise. 3x8 22lbs


Shrugs. Various sets and weights Do these with BBL. Google Power Shrugs. 3x20 18k[/COLOR


Here's what I achieved in shoulder training since two weeks ago.


Standing mil press. Do not go lower then your chin. Press well behind your head. 4x8 99lbs

Upright row 4x8 99lbs


Arnold press. 3x12[/ 30lbs




Lat raise.

3x8 26lbs

Front raises. 3x8 wiv Ez bar 50lbs

Bent lat raise. 3x8 26lbs


Shrugs. Various sets and weights Do these with BBL. Google Power Shrugs. 3x10 100lb
Normal shrugs 3x10 100lbs

Lol I was just quoting on my last session so you could see the difference in weight since that session.
Did you mean both shrugs? If so yeah I done both.

Hey the vid was gr8 suga. That was new for me and something Im gonna incorporate into my own workouts. Prolly combine that with dbl front raises. Will alternate each workout. Thanks for the vid suga!:D

Anytime Zed glad you liked it! That's my plan to alternate week by week doing it that way saves a little time so means I can add something else in!!
 
Whatever you add in make a compound lift! Would really like to see Rack Pulls or Good Mornings. That would do you well suga.
