I had a question about dealing with joint issues
when I lift to heavy I start getting pain in my elbows and my knees
do you think it has anything to do with not getting enough proper supplements?
What products do you recommend that I take to help with this

joint issues are a problem for many I would say get fish oil asap and joint support supps
 
fish oil is definitely a great option
 
increase the good fats in your diet like things like avocado and eggs whole
 
glucosamine will go a long way
 
make sure you are stretching and warming up properly
 
you need to stop over training and if you start feeling issues in your joints you need to give it a rest
