Deadlifts question?

I started deadlifts 6 months and should have long ago. I do them every week. My question is how much should i do them and when should i take a break?

I would continue to incorporate them into training every week as long as you can. Feel free to switch up sets and reps etc.

Keep deadlifts n squats in your trAining and vary reps sets and frequency. I truly believe those exercises create full body size. Mass! Aslong as they r incorporated in2 a good training split diet and rest schedule. Good luck getting big

Do em when ever you do lower body workout/pull muscles. No reason to take a break IMO!

Definitely change up reps and sets to keep gains coming though!

My sets have been 2 warm up sets of 10 then sets of 10/8/6/4. Suggestions to improve my sets are welcome.

there should not be a 'set' number of warmup sets... you do what is needed to get ready to pull heavy...
if your 10 rep set doesnt fatigue you, then it had might as well be a warmup...
i have more warmup sets than working sets as my strength has increased over the years... i might do 5-6 warmup sets and just 1-3 working sets...
deadlifts and squats are what you should be putting everything into- after 1-2 working sets im usually beat...
