DBOL Taste EWWWWWWWWW ???

do u have to chew on pink thais dbols to have the most effect from it, also does it have to be taken with grapefruit juice, both chewing and drinking the GF juice are fuckin nasty to me.

i put my ip dbol under my toung and just let it disolve, i dont move my toung around or anything just let it sit for a few and i dont taste it untill i grab a glass of water to wash it down with then i get a little bitter taste
