Thanks again bro.. I do alot of skull crushers, big big fan of those, and dips with weight. Bis, all I ever do is dumbbell curls and barbell curls thats it! Once in awhile ill do preachers for a change, but I find my arms respond the best to the db curls and bb curls.

Holy shit I love those skull crushers! I do feel the difference. The only problem is that I train with my wife. And I do NOT trust her to hold that shit from crushing my skull! However when I had my guy friend training with me. We would do those Tri exercises and man!!! I remember not being to do shit with my arms for like 2 days afterwards. You do it solo? Or you got a male friend that trains with you?
By myself unfortunately.. Its hard to go real heavy when you dont have a spotter. I used to train with someone, but we are on different schedules and alot of the time he would stand me up or not even call. It pisses me off, because I dont like training late in the evening. I like to get off work and go train, when my energy is high..
Ive actually been training with my girlfriend these past 6 weeks, ive been getting her ready for her fitness/figure show. (Pics will be up soon) She does spot me once in awhile when I need it, but doesnt want to risk injuring herself. Sometimes I need the weights handed to me, and she cant lift some of them up.. I have arms tonite actually, but Ill probably be doing it solo..
carth/italianmuscle: when I do skull crushers and cant finish the last rep, i just dump the weight behind my head.. just make sure no one is behind you
