Day 5 update!!!!!!!!!!

Well girls its my 5th day,,,,,,,and i just got back from the gym,,, i trained chest,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i had the greatest pump ever!!!!!!! I have squiggely veins coming out everywhere!!!! Woooohoooooo
I dont know u guys say it usually kicks in about the 2nd or 3rd week,,but im seeing such a difference already!!! A little strength gain,,but that could all just be mental thinking ya know,,but its definitly working wonders on my physicall apperance already!!!

Im sooo excited i got SQUIGGILY VEINS!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D
 
go girlllllllllll take some pics each week to see your progess....you may not see much from week to week but its a good record and you can see at the end how much you gained.....and you can send em to me too ;)
 
hey girls,,,hmmmmmmmm today i dont feel that good,,,,, did cardio in the am,,, and some tris,,,,had a good tricep workout,,but i dont feel as hard as i did the past couple days. I feel a little soft and flat,,

do u think it's time to up the dosage to 10mg a day? i was only taking 5mg a day. i got my creatine today so im going to start taking that on maybe tomorrow,,but definityl Monday. I thought i had eaten alot yesterday so i figured today i would be extra hard,,but im not,,, owell

Oh do u guys know what the supplement is to help digest all this protein??? I thinks its HUSK or something,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

i dont know from experience with anna......but with winny.....i took it REAL slow.......and i didnt notice anything for a few weeks.......so id leave this question to be answered by those who have done anna....but from my point of view......dont up a dose based on one day.....take it slow and easy......slow and steady wins the race girl......

and lay off so much cardio girl......your goal is to get jacked right? so dont do it like you were before.....focus on lifting....and eating......

hardbdygrl : Patience :) It's worth waiting for. Take your time. Don't get in a hurry, just make real slow consistent gains, no reason to have to make daily jumps, sssssllllloooowwww gains are soooo much better than massive jumps. Patience........ :) :) :) :)

...........at aroun 10 days or so...thats what i did and left it there for 9 weeks or so. i was on a total of 11. keep it up!!.... i cant wait to see what u look like after this stuff!!:p
