Both the girls I dated wanted to leave the job stuff seperate from the rest of their lives. Don't mention her job at Hooters. If you do, she'll think thats why you asked her out. Keep the conversation angled towards anything but her work UNLESS she brings it up. If she brings it up, just say 'its refreshing to meet a woman who is comfortable with her body' and leave it at that.

Another thing: girls who strip/topless barmaids/hooters etc. are absolute animals in the bedroom as they have less inhibitions about their bodies. They don't mind prancing around naked... which is always a good thing
