damn ramen noodles!

do not eat 2 packages ramen noodles before intense workout.. so much sodium.. i puked so hard, had to taste half digested ramen noodles coming out of my system.. haven't had them in over a year... ugh
 
its ok, i just came up with a new meal!!!
i mixed my oats and 2 cans of tuna together!! it freaking great!
i know it sounds nasty, but you gotta try it

Damn! You really thought they were good for you? If you need some pasta or noodles in the diet try some 100% whole grain/wheat noodles. Makes some awesome chicken dishes with a little olive oil and light on the cheese.
 
Diet board material...


1 pack of noodles is OK. It's not the best source of carbs, but here's how to do it up right:

Add stuff like:

Wakame
Shrimp
Egg
Tofu
Mung Bean Sprout (good for liver)
cabbage/broccoli rabe/carrot/mushroom/et c

Flavor:
Miso
Hot oil (sesame or soybean)
do not add more than 1/4 of the package flavoring!

no i think i just didnt wanna face the facts, lol ---cant something thats so cheap be good for you for once.
