Once i started eating anpb i dont even really like regular peanut butter. I love anpb. It is the shit. I have to be so careful because i end up eating too much, and it is so calorie dense.

I could not believe how much I hated this stuff at first ... then it was all over.. as you all should know by now ... NOT allowed anywhere near me... walnuts & almonds are now not allowed in my house either...

It's not the end of the world. One way to crush/grind the seeds is with your teeth while eating your flax/oat mix, so you were probably getting the oils out of a portion of the seeds (but not all the seeds).
As mentioned above, the oil is best, but if you can't stand the oil straight or in a shake just eat extra seeds and you'll still get the benefits. The more you chew your food the more seeds you'll pulverize, thus the more oil you will get.

Generally speaking you should avoid flax seeds. They actually lower testosterone levels(consult Lifter For Life if you are interested in seeing the research). You are better off getting your omega-3's from marine sources.
