I remember you saying that you take GPlenish after your workout...where do you buy it? online?

I need a good post-workout shake.

well I am not Daisy But I think I can help:)


if your going to have a good post workout shake with Gplenish in it

the protien should be richly flavored to offset the natural taste of the Gplenish
this means Chocolate, Peanut butter, Banana etc...........

the natural taste is mildly earthy, no tbad just natural

any way you'll feel a great pick up in energy after a draining workout or cardio

On my lifting days I take it just before and after I workout

I feel unstoppable, and I go on forever in ther gym
really I am not exagerating
Daisy does plyos and her performance improved considerably...........

GPlenish has helped my plyo's and interval training considerably - I can do more, and harder intervals when I am taking it regularly.

I take it in the morning and post-workout. Each shake has 1 scoop protein (~20g) and 1-1.5 scoops GPlenish (~15-20g protein). GPlenish DOES have a very weird flavor, I learned that I can only take 1-1.5 scoops per 1 scoop of protein.
 
I've heard nothing but great things about it so I think I'm going to order it. I hate limping around after leg days and I've heard it really helps with recovery.

As for tasting funky-- so does flax and other stuff at first. But after a while it's no big deal.

I must say that:

I am the President of Gplenish so please take my advice as just that......

I know it works, but don't take my word for it and Try all others and do plenty of research before your sure Ladies .....

Glutamine in the popular L-form on paper suggest that most of it get terminated by any heat change or Ph change through digestion thus most of t never get absorbed by Target Tissues.

that being said it has always worked for me

when we found Gplenish it just worked that much better, kinda like a next step in potency....

the reason why is that its bound to other amino acids thus the probability that it get absorbed by target tissues increases greatly

the evidence is still shaky on this matter so all you really have to go on in faith and word of mouth but I assure you you wont be let down, plus you'll enjoy other benifits as well like increase pump, and muscle tightness and volumization
I have no idea why the later benifits occur, but they sure are noticiable and nice

be warned Gplenish taste mildley earthy so you have to blend it with richly flavored items PB etc.....


therapuetic doses of Gplenish that WILL work are 3 HUGE table spoon a day, quite enough for the advanced athlete........

Maybe my tastebuds died over the last couple months....? ..... ANYWAY, the benefits do outweigh the bad taste. I am tired of being wimpy on intervals without my GPlenish!

Hello again - coming over to the women's board as you mentioned to me you were doing an NPC figure show and asked me to share my thoughts. I would be happy to do so - can you tell me a bit about yourself (diet, training, contest dates - etc) that might help me? I checked your pics - but they're mainly for the fellas..LOL. Maybe some stances later on if you like (front, side, rear). I'll be glad to lend any advice i can. Take care.
