Glutamine in the popular L-form on paper suggest that most of it get terminated by any heat change or Ph change through digestion thus most of t never get absorbed by Target Tissues.
that being said it has always worked for me
when we found Gplenish it just worked that much better, kinda like a next step in potency....
the reason why is that its bound to other amino acids thus the probability that it get absorbed by target tissues increases greatly
the evidence is still shaky on this matter so all you really have to go on in faith and word of mouth but I assure you you wont be let down, plus you'll enjoy other benifits as well like increase pump, and muscle tightness and volumization
I have no idea why the later benifits occur, but they sure are noticiable and nice
be warned Gplenish taste mildley earthy so you have to blend it with richly flavored items PB etc.....
therapuetic doses of Gplenish that WILL work are 3 HUGE table spoon a day, quite enough for the advanced athlete........
