Week seven Day one!
Amazing, oh my god, so great one of the best workouts I've ever had yesterday on my back, my entire back still feels swollen today and pumped full of lactic acid, this week is going to be fucking explosive as I'm tired of shit getting in my way of my five days at the gym.. well bad luck and work and shit like that.. oh well
IT STOPS HERE! no fucking more, or I'm going to end up going postal on some poor innocent gym trainers who have no idea what tehy are doing! haha.
lifted 70lbs for four on rows and it felt great, nice and slow and controlled, I also did it after my db lats and shrugs, which I think adds an extra little feel to the workout.
once I was done rows, I did some deadlifts, probably about 50-70 reps or so, then I moved onto to biceps and then I went home!
OHHH the scab on my knee is almost healed and I WAS able to jog yesterday, which is fucking awesome. =)
and even two shitty weeks, I'm still huge and more determined then ever. =)
Preloaded with creatine last night and ate all my protien and clean diet, getting ready for today to really crush 70's on the incline!
