men tend to store fat in the tummy. that is what is going on here. he needs to lose body fat and it will go away. tell him to grab my Ebook on fasting in my signature, it is the best way to lose fat and it is healthy
his body fat is in the low 20's is my guess. not bad for a typical american in a red state but not acceptable cause it isn't healthy.
