If you are going to take 5 mg pills, then take 1 pill every 3-4 hours depending on how much you are taking. This will keep your blood levels constant, which is what building muscle is all about. It is a complete waste of your money to take it all right before you workout. That is horrible advice! You do not build muscle when you workout, but instead you build it during the rest and recovery phase.
The reason it takes steroids a few days to a few weeks to start really working is all about blood levels. Some people do not understand this. D-bol has a half life of a few hours (3-4 give or take). This means that after those 3-4 hours the drug is only 1/2 as strong (or in your blood) as it was before. If you take another pill than theoritcally your blood would be at about 1.5 times as strong as compared to the first pill. Your blood levels constantly drop the amount of drug in its system, but with regular adminstration you can keep a good amount of it in your system, and if taken often enough will be able to grow the amount in your bloodstream.
I may or may not be an exception, but my 1st cycle I used dbol at 30mgs along with Sust, and got pretty big pretty fast. Ever since that cycle, when I use dbol, I only use 20-25mgs and I get the same results. My body may have a high affinity for this type of drug, but the point is if this is your 1st time with dbol you do not need to start out with a high dosage.
