I posted this question about 5 years ago but have no recollection of it--I'm taking QV 10 mg. dbol tabs--I've read and tried so many different ways of taking dbol over the years, what do you think is best-all at once or space them out?
Depends what you are taking it with...lots of guys are going to tell you to take spread out to keep blood levels consistant but I would rather take it all about an hour before I work out personally...this gives you a great boost pre workout and if you are using other injectables then who cares if your blood levels are consistant with dbal!!! get that strength for your workout

i usually take one 10mg when i wake up. Then two about 2-3 hours before I lift then one before i go to bed. If only taking 30g take .5 in the morning and the other .5 before bed. Take your highest dose before you lift, imo.
There are plenty of posts out there with good descriptive explanations to all theories. It won't hurt to do it either way. Choose what fits your lifestyle best.
