Cycling masteron for how long?

:jenscat

How are you training legs if you dont squat or deadlift? Isolation stuff? Machines? haha...

You want wheels and overall mass? You want to increase test and GH? Ditch machines and isolation movements....start each lift on a platform doing olympic lifts and in a rack doing front squats, back squats, overhead squats, box squats, chain squats, sumo deads, conventional deads, etc... Easily two days a week doing full body/legs this sort of way...

If youll read my post carefully, i said that he doesnt need to squat or dead more than ONCE A WEEK. And if hes gonna hit legs twice a week, he should make one day a volume day. I never said he shouldnt squat or dead

^^^ don't forget cleans as well and i'm talking deep cleans where your ass goes low to the ground. perhaps the most under utilized leg lift out there.

Agreed. Full squat cleans are a beautiful thing. Just did my 8x2 yesterday with 120kg. I love hang cleans too.

Forgive me. I thought you meant do legs twice a week and only one day of squats or deads, me assuming (making an ass out of me :-) ) that the other day you would suggest isolation type stuff...

Do what works for you, but someone who needs mass and wants to pump up the hormones, the body is plenty capable of 2-3 days a week of full body and leg days....90% of Division One collegiate athletes are cleaning, squatting, and deadlifting 2 days a week in addition to practices and sprint and agility work, conditioning, etc....the body can handle it

Again sorry for the misunderstanding..Im not into the cyber battling thing

your body fat is low but you do not have very much muscle mass on your frame.

need to hit the weight room way harder before worrying about steroids if you want to put on mass. my fear with you is that you will make some decent gains on cycle, then it will quickly dissapear when you come off. you have that ecto type body where your enemy is your metabolism, and I do not see you building major muscle mass until you up your lifts and start eating way more.

this is my honest assessment.. if you build yourself up a nice base BEFORE juicing you will have so much more long term success it will be sick

I would strongly recommend 5X5 type lifting.. or even 5X4 and go HEAVY. also do not ignore your legs, lots of guys in your shoes worry about their abs more than their legs. that is a huge mistake

I agree completely with Steve. A solid foundation is what you need before cycling. You should be able to add a fair amount of mass naturally with the right diet and training.

Prove to yourself that you can build and keep muscle before jumping on the AAS

I'm with you, bro. I like the thought of staying natural as far as possible and I know everything is possible. I'm proud I've come as far as I have naturally (1 1/2 years ago I weighed 75kg, now 86kg, around 11kg(24lbs) heavier) and I'm still at the same body fat %.

Each time I watch videos of Steve Reeves I always change my mind(during the duration of the video at least haha) about doing steroids. Even though I'm still very lean I consider it half-decent progress as my diet hasn't been perfectly on point throughout that time due to working in the middle east for a while.

But at the moment I work out 5-6 days per week and I eat shitloads and I do get good gains but as my current life is more of less orbiting around training and diet, I've gotten greedy, I guess. I want more bang for the buck, if you understand what I mean.

Look, I'm not a guy who thinks I can just juice myself up and magically will look like Coleman's swedish white doppelganger. I know it needs to be just the nitrous oxide tank on an already fast Lamborghini engine to fulfill any purpose.

But my life motto have always been to try anything once and the cycle I'm considering isn't exactly heavy doses of Tren or Deca so I'm not expect nor aiming for big change right now. Just to do one cycle, see how I feel about it, if it feels good I'll keep going naturally as I was up until now, until I'm at a stage where it's more rational and then maybe start for real.

Does this make sense or is this a stupid mindset?

No one does one cycle.... and I had to get on HRT for medical reasons, but now that Ive hit a few blasts, I cant imagine hitting a cycle or two a year for another decade or so....just for the hell of it, its fun...so I wouldnt kid yourself you can have one piece of candy and go back to your bland diet with no desserts after this
