35-Chest/triceps
Went for a hypertrophy workout today, and only went and benched 245 for 7 times, which is okay, not as expected, but i made sure i went for the full repetition and just a 3/4 rep or whatever..my tendon hurt once again in my left tricep area, so i decided to call it quits after 4 sets of flat bench. Otherwise i killed it!! I left the gym thinking- now i can really feel it! the alpha male/strength confidence is incredible at this point..
One more week! Wish it didn't have to end so soon
