Cycle Log: 6mdrol+helladrol+LGD

you are responding very well to this cycle.lgd is alot stronger then osta, it will beef your results up.

yep loving it..was able to measure my biceps, and my right is 15.5 and left is 15. I knew there was an imbalance in my left. Yet both still look very big

tonight i will hit legs and shoulders...will update again
 
LGD is good stuff eh..??

Awesome stuff..this is my second cycle of LGD, the LGD itself has will have been run for almost 10 weeks when i finish this cycle, 6 weeks total of hella/6mdrol. this stack is brutal, killer for strength, you grow so fast your tendons can't catch up sometimes!

Day 33- Legs/Shoulders

Hit 770 8 times on the leg press..light weight! Really have been concentrating on my calfs also..those babies have grown real nice. Another good shoulder workout also, was an amazing pump, with yet again more strength gains. IF anything, the strength gains are inexplainable, and the work you put into it will show in your muscles. staying at a steady 195.6 or so. Gotta love it!
 
34- Off

getting comments left and right about how big i have gotten...i am killin it!

35-Chest/triceps

Went for a hypertrophy workout today, and only went and benched 245 for 7 times, which is okay, not as expected, but i made sure i went for the full repetition and just a 3/4 rep or whatever..my tendon hurt once again in my left tricep area, so i decided to call it quits after 4 sets of flat bench. Otherwise i killed it!! I left the gym thinking- now i can really feel it! the alpha male/strength confidence is incredible at this point..

One more week! Wish it didn't have to end so soon
 
Day 36- Back/Bis

So i am starting to realize more and more how important it is to concentrate on the single muscle at hand. Everything is really coming together so smoothly, i am dropping body fat like crazy, and building muscle still! Once again got more amazing pumps that make me enjoy every bit of working out. Today i focused on isolation, and hitting every area of my back/bis. This is my time to shine this week, because i only have 6 more days left on cycle to build muscle..

Dosing has still been the same
Hella-100mg
6mdrol- 100mg

STOPPED LGD today, since i have been on it for a smooth 9 weeks, and don't think i reap benefits from 8mg any longer.
Tomorrow i will start OSTA, reason being is i want it to kick in by the time my PCT starts (saturday). I seem to have a rapid response time to when ostarine starts working on me..

Day 37- Legs/shoulders

WENT HEAVY...finally. My legs have always been my strong point from the get go, being a soccer player my whole life i was gifted with bigger thighs. Leg pressed 860 for 7 times today! No half steppin' . Stayed in the gym today because i had the extra energy to put my all into it. Was a highly successful workout! Gotta love it, every day gets better on this cycle. My weight seems to fluctuate here and there, but i looks like i am staying at 196, and my body fat went down once again in a week. almost .50%. Awesome!

Dosing:
Helladrol- 100mg
6mdrol- 100mg
OSTA- 12.5mg
*No more LGD*

Day 38- off day

Day 39- Chest/triceps.

So this is the last four days of my cycle, and saturday when my cycle ends is my off day. I noticed since starting OSTA a few days ago that my endurance/energy has tripled in the gym. I actually want to stay for an hour+, and will leave when i decide i feel i have worked myself to the core.

Todays chest workout included more sets then i have ever put forth. I did 3 warm up sets, and then 3 sets of 3 reps at 268 with proper form. I was extremely satisfied by lowering my weight and banging out a few sets, and feeling my muscles burn!

I also have to add that i added DAA a few days ago as well, which i mentioned in this log. I just have much much more energy in the gym. I get what i put into it is my philosophy!

I am looking and feeling super lean!!!!!!! love every last moment until this cycle ends:cool:
