Day 19- chest/ tris
Went up 10 pounds in my bench. Super light weight pushed 270 6 times. My girlfriend commented on how big I have gotten, especially my legs! Got some real tree trunks now.. Overall it was an awesome workout, and I am going up in weight in the gym like mad! The only other thing is that I am having trouble getting down all these calories like I was before. So I have now switched to a recomp, and probably reduced my calories by a few hundred at least. No more bulk, because my stomach won't allow it! Have not had any blood pressure issues yet, so it has been really smooth going. Feeling like a truck everyday, what a feeling!
Side effects:
Thinning of hair/shedding/ increased zits on body/
If anything these compounds are in full force x100..loving it!!
