Cycle diet critique

I would appreciate a critique of this diet I have put together for a mate who will be on a cycle.!!. I think calories need to be upped as his goals are to add some lean mass (it’s a bulking cycle but will be eating clean).
Anything to add etc? (think some more fruit tbh)

Age: 28
Weight: 93kg (200lbs)
BF: 10%
Height: 6ft

7am:
30g whey in water
Flax oil
Omega 3,6,9

Breakfast 7:30:
12 egg whites 44/0/0 (protein/carbs/fat)
Banana 0/27/0
2.5 cups Oats (in water) 15/60/10

Pre-workout (9:30am)
30g whey
Coffee

Train

Post-workout (11am)
Vitargo (60g) 0/54/1
3 x whey 60/3/2

12:30am
2 x chicken breasts 60/2/3
200g brown rice 5/45/2
Salad or veg 0/5/0
Fruit 2/30/0

3pm
15 egg whites 45/0/0
Brown bread/oats 15/40/5

5pm
Mackerel 40/0/10
Handful nuts 5/5/10

7pm
Lean rump Steak 50/0/6
Salad or veg 0/5/0

Before bed
40g casein

Totals 400/300/40 (protein/carbs/fat)
Total calories = 3010

The 3pm meal I think he could maybe do better eating some chicken/turkey/tuna rather than the egg whites...more calories etc
 
if your mate is trying to put on weight i would suggest maybe less shakes and more whole foods.

diet looks pretty good though...not sure you have enough veggies in there ....throw in some anpb healthy fat + protein ...alot of calories (about 240 2 tbsp)

and when you say he's on a cycle do you mean gear? or bulking cycle?
