Hey all,
I've been lifting for about twelve years now( I am thirty years old now). Went from a skinny 140 pounds to healthy 190. An ectomorph. Been researching a cycle for some time now. Had some gear a long time ago, but was advised to go for natural gains and diet. Seven years later I believe I have plateaued somewhat. I'm at about 15-20% bf (realistically) am squatting 280, dead-lifting the same, and bench about 250 (These are all 15rm). I could lift more, but have hurt myself in the past, and had a bad back ever since a accident on the ski hill. I'm looking for some lasting gains in appearance/strength rather than absolute mass. Hoping to not feel so tired from working all the time as well. Ideally I don't really want to increase my lifts from this point because fear of injury ( I CANT HURT MYSELF, CANT LIVE OFF UI) I'm thinking with minimal increases in weight, and more reps, I will get some results I want.

In terms of work outs, Ive access to a pretty good gym here. Am working out 2on/1off. During the on days I am splitting up antagonistic muscle groups. Not super technical, as I have simplified it over the years, while still seeing same results as a stupid complex plan. But definitely by the end of day two I have worked all the main groups, as well as most of the others.

Here's the thing, I can't be on such ridiculously strict diet, as I live in camp, and don't prepare my own meals, the mess is only open during certain periods and food isn't allowed outside (due to rodent problems). Although I have my whey protien (optimum brand) on hand during the day to keep the protein levels up. Am taking vitamins and other random supps daily. So please, don't tear into me about my diet (I work 12h 21/7.. fly in fly out), I know i'm making excuses. Advantage is I can eat a ton of food if need be.

I've got the gear ready. Of Indian origin.
10x1ml Test-p100 (TESTORAPID)
20x1ml Test-e250 (TESTOBOLIN)
2 bottle of Anastrazole 1mg x30 (ANAZOLE)
3-v of HCG 5000 p/v (VITAGON)
2 bottles of Tamoxifen 20mgx50 (ALTAMOFEN)
1 bottle of Clomiphene 50mg/50tabs. (PROMIFEN)

With this my intentions are to use it as follows:
w1-10 Test-e 250 E4D
w11-12 Test-P 100eod
w2-11 HCG 500 e/monday-thursday
w1-11 Anastrazole .5mg EOD
Five days after last shot of week 12, begin a PCT.
w1/2/3/4 Tamoxifen 40mg daily/40/20/20 (all at once in the morning)
w1-4 Clomiphene 100mg daily (all at once in the morning)


Just trying to get my ducks in a row here. I'm planning on starting this cycle late October or early November to coincide with a new 5 month contract at work. Curious about what other users think about the dosages of my PCT whether it is sufficient or excessive. Ideally I am using everything first thing in the morning, as is when i have the most privacy.

Thoughts?
 
Sounds like a good time to start man. I wish i had waited until i was thirty. I like your cycle all except the clomid looks a little higher than I've seen it used and I'm not a nolvadex user so I can't comment there. I like that its test only and you're doing a nice conservative dose. I wish you luck!
 
The only problem I see is your access to food. You're saying you have ways to keep protein high but whey shakes aren't going to cut it and you should be eating 5-8 meals each day with quality protein in all of them. I'm talking 2g of protein per lb of body weight.. Thats a lot. I know you said you don't wanted to be hounded on about your diet but I'm telling you that it's the most important part of growing on or off steroids. This could end in disappointment if you're not hitting your macros. Just a heads up, good luck
 
Meals are at 6 am- snack at 10-lunch at 12- snack at 3- dinner at seven... I'm not sure of the quality of the product, but its usually.. beef.. chicken.. pork.. it varies..

So basically eat as much as I can as often as I can, while keeping the saturated fats down. Like I said, I am permitted to have shakes around because i can mix with water and they are sealed and do not attract pests. And a small baggie of it on my person, to mix onsite, as required.

I think its a safe age to start at. I'm having some blood work done to see what my natural test levels are, just out of curiosity . Free because I told the doctor I have low test symptoms ( ones that i read about on the internet hahah).
 
It's good your running test only that will be a nice and fun first cycle.I have a few suggestions after looking at the setup.
I would use the test propionate in the beginning of the cycle to kick start it since it is a short ester and run your test at 500-600 a week if using the test prop you would pin it eod and if using the test e you pin twice a week Mon and Thur.
Your pct looks good with the nolva and clomid. The HCG you could run the last 5-6 weeks of your cycle ending it the same week as your test and two weeks before pct.
 
I know everyone says 500 test p/w, but I am inclined so go a little on the conservative side. It's cheap for extra test e, so I'll give it some thought. I'm not sure if I bought enough. I'll have to get another box . I'm not running test e after week ten, just p eod for the last two weeks. So stop the hcg with the e, keep on the p for two weeks. And start my pct after four or five days.

Will the test p at the start be too much test? Would reducing the e during that time make sense ?

As far as HCG goes you want to run that the last 5-6 weeks of your cycle so that means if your gonna go 12 weeks you would run HCG weeks 6-12. You want to stop HCG and test the same week because the HCG is suppressive just like the test but it will get your balls back up to size and function before you start your PCT if your gonna run your test prop the last two weeks then Start your PCT 6 days after your last injection if test E the two weeks.
Why would you run the Test prop the last two weeks are you trying to go the the last two weeks on prop so it will clear your system faster and PCT can begin sooner?
Since its your first cycle. I would keep it simple and
run the test E for the whole 12 weeks at 500mgs a week.
That's two injections a week.
If you use test P in the first two weeks instead of the last
It would t be to much because you would dose it at 500 or 400mgs a week and the same when you switch to the test E your weekly dosage would stay the same on either test.
Test P will be active quicker in your system due to the short ester that's why most people use it in the beginning
of a cycle to kick start.
