Why are you bump starting with test C and then running susta for the remainder?
i am starting of with only the test c at 400mg per week to make sure there is no sides and from week 4 i will be adding the susta just to get the total test levels up to 560 mg per week for the next 7 weeks and then only 325 sust per week for week 11 and 12 to tone down before my PCT
 
hey so it is week 5 of 12 and its been going real good, great gain in power and weight no real big sides , except for my face tends to get a red :mad: blush right after i started to pin the Sustaplex 325 with the test c and its only for a day ore so any fought on that ?
And yes the sust 325 is hell to pin but worth the gain in strength trust me ..:qt:
 
Hey just doing an update week 4 pin nr 8 and gaind 6 kg ,my mid (abs) section gained a little fat will have to work harder on that ..now iam sure most of the gains are mostly water retention ??? still looks and feels great .My lifting has not only gained in weight but i have started to add an extra sets as well ITS JUST THERE !!
 
Tren Test Cycle Support/Opinions

Hey guys!
I needed some input on my next cycle. This is my 3rd cycle. I seem lose track of my goals around weeks 8-12 usually so I want to prepare accordingly and come up with a solid program that I can stick to. Any input would really help. To give you a little background on myself I have a relatively large frame and have been between 225-280lbs my whole life. So now I am looking to build mass and cut this stubborn body fat problem I have especially around my mid-section and lower back. Beach season 3-4 months out.
Statistics:
Age: 25 years old
Height: 6’1 ½
Weight: 252lb
Body Fat: 13.9%
Recently resigned from Fire Department to go back to school, bitter sweet I guess but, it is what it is. So my schedule has opened up allowing me to workout 7 days a week if needed and stay pretty strict on my diet. So any extremist out there I am pretty much willing to do anything. And also any input on future cycles no matter how expensive they might be I am still interested in hearing about them.
Cycle:
12 weeks
Tren 150mg EOD
Test 50mg EOD
Winny 50mg ED (Last 8 weeks)
Post cycle: Clomid & Milk Thistle
Supplementation:
Animal Pak Multi, Green Tea, Fish oil, Flax seed oil, Glutamine, Glucosamine, Vitamin C, B Complex, White Kidney Bean extract, Fat Free (Thermogenic), Aspirin, Optimum Nutrition Whey, Optimum Nutrition Casein, Creatine monohydrate, C4, Xtend.
Gym Routine:
My routines consist of about 2 hours of strength training and finish with 20 min cardio
ED morning run: Fat Free (Thermogenic)/empty stomach - then 10min stair climb, 10min paced run, 10 min HIT
Pre-workout: C4/Glutamine, Approx. 10min Stretch. Also I typically hit calves or fore arms ED, something I picked up from Arnold a few months back.
Intra-workout: Xtend
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Back
Day 5: Arms (Biceps/Triceps)
Repeat
Post Workout: 50-60G Protein, 20g Maltodextrine, 20g Dextrose, 5g Creatine mono, Glutamine.
Meal Plan:
Water intake: 1-1.5G per day
Meal 1: 6 egg white omelet w/ spinach, ½ cup oatmeal, 2 scoop protein
Meal 2: 8oz baked Tilapia w/ 1 serving broccoli or green beans
Meal 3: 2 grilled chicken breasts w/ 1 serve broccoli or green beans
Meal 4: 8oz baked Tilapia w/ 1 serving broccoli or green beans
Meal 5: 6 hardboiled eggs whites w/ green beans 2 scoops casein protein
*I try not snack but, if I do I have 1oz dry almonds, 2 sticks sugar free spearmint bubblegum.
Again any input would really help. Also I typically hit gym around 1600-1900 each night if that makes a difference. Also wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions when my last meal should be? I typically go to bed around 2300 each night. Thanks!
