Hey guys, I am about to finish my first 1-ad cycle, and I am very pleased with most of the results. (The testicle shrinkage I could have done without, but...what can you do?)
Anyways, I am going to be starting a cutting cycle on June 1....ECA free. About the only thing I'll be taking besides my multi's, is my ZMA to keep my test levels up. And I have some CLA left, so I'll finish that off.
My question is....what is the best way, training wise, eating wise, to cut up for the month without the use of any fat-burners?
See, I'm not only using June to cut up, but also to cleanse my body off all the stuff I have been taking for the last year or so.
Suggestions?
