Cutting with test/tren Question about diet

Alright i'm at 14.5% BF at about 195-198 on the doctor scale and 187 on my digital scale at home. Digital scale is highly inaccurate. I'm basically not carry any fat on my arms. i used the calipers on my bicept and i measured 0.02. I have 17inch arms but when i'm carb depleted i lose inches. I was at 15.7 and from the looks of it i haven't lost muscle since i've been on test/tren.

I'm tired of doing keto diets. I'm on test/tren is there any other diets i can use? like 40/40/20? i want to get to 9%-10% by the end of may. I just need to lose like 10 pounds! it feels so close but yet so far...I stay away from cardio because i'm scared of muscle loss...do you guys think i should do cardio everyday?


I just want to be 175 lean...I came from 145 at probably 12%-13%BF i'm still on cycle and i reached my highest 210. i've been cutting for 2 weeks now.

If anyone can point me to a good cutting diet let me know!
 
keto diets are the most stupid diets out there, U CANNOT EXERCISE ON KETO GARBAGE.

Even CKD and TKD are crap frankly, anything too low carb is crap.
 
Yeah when i'm on keto i can't pick up the weights with intensity...

When i'm carbed up i can cary the same weight all over again and i feel more pumped
 
Give the keto diet about 6 weeks and your performance will return to normal levels or even better. Check the research of Jeff Volek and maybe Stephen Phinney? On of them has proof of performance on low carb. You have to be willing to suffer the transition phase however.

I''m using test/tren/winny/eq right now and am also cutting, IMO, you need to throw in some cardio to drop that bf%. I do 20 minutes cardio after I workout at least 5 days a week. MY diet consists of high protein, low carbs, the only time I really eat carbs are at breakfast, then in my postworkout shake and then in my post workout meal, the rest of my meals are mainly protein only, and I eat at least 6 times a day. I keep my fat to moderate levels, you need fat while cutting, especially on a low carb diet. Hope this helps a little.
