It's all part of the learning curve hun.

I am becoming more convinced it is more about calories in - calories out.

A little bit of 'certain foods' is not going to be a major issue.

The issue is if those certain foods trigger binges or more cravings.

I know some have for me, but my last 'uni stress' only had me go for Scottish oat cakes and rice cakes.

Still slightly too many, but all in all, I was really impressed with my restraint.

That didn't happen overnight.

it takes a while to figure it all out - trying to sort out diet

all while not losing motivation

but one day it all comes together

right?!?!
