Curing Post Injury Wrist Weekness

Guys I hope that you can help me with this super-annoying problem that I can never seem to get rid off :'(
7 years ago, when I just started bodybuilding, I never had any problem with my wrists. Then after about a year and a half of training, one of my friends was having a standing triceps exercise with 60Kg weights. He suddenly lost control of the barbell, called me for help, then the moment I held the barbell he just threw it on me!! This gave me a bad injury in my wrists, although I didn't break any bone, still I could not move my wrists for a month even if I wanted to. After 3 months recovery, I went back to exercising but with a very bad problem: I could never do any curling (especially hammer curls) without wrapping my wrists. Now, after 7 years, I'm still having this problem. I can't even carry any 10Kg+ item without wrapping my wrists!
Is there any solution for that?
Even a surgery would be an option for me...

Don't know the symptoms you have going on with your wrist but these are the two things that came to mind for me, there some exercise's that may help you too. Your wrist is a very complex body part. Hope this helps bro!!!

For Wrist Tendonitis
Wrist tendonitis is also referred as tenosynovitis and is a result of inflammation or irritation caused to a single tendon or more than one tendons in the wrist joint. Swelling and pain around the affected region are two basic symptoms of wrist tendonitis. Given below are some wrist exercises that can relieve the discomfort caused due to wrist tendonitis.

Exercise #1: Place your palms on a table with your finger flat and stand in an upright position. Keep your elbows straight and incline your body weight in forward direction. Hold the position for 15 seconds and do 3 repetitions of the exercise.

Exercise #2: Stand in an upright position or sit in a chair and try to bend your affected wrist by pressing its back with the help of the unaffected hand. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds. Then, stretch the fingers of affected wrist by pressing them in backward direction by your other hand. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds.

For Fracture

Wrist fracture is quite common due to a sudden fall or because of application of heavy force on the wrist. Unable to hold weight, the bone snaps causing a lot of pain. Swelling and sharp pain are the symptoms of wrist fracture. The exercises given below can help to strengthen the bones and muscles of the wrist, after a fracture treatment.

Exercise #1: Place your affected forearm on the table, such that your hand is over the edge of the table. Your wrist should be aligned along the edge of the table. Now, move your hand such that your fingers point towards the floor. Then raise your hand to face your fingers towards the ceiling. Repeat the steps 10 times.

Exercise #2: Place the palm of the fractured wrist on the surface of a table. Tilt the hand as if you are waving on the surface of the table. Ensure that the palm is placed completely on the table surface while waving.

thank you very much for the advice but...
i had the injury 7 years ago, can i still do those exercises with positive results?

With any injury it takes time to heal, seven years is a long time for a injury but it is possible I had a wrist injury that lasted almost a year. Has there been swollen, pain? Have you avoiding doing the things that irritated it for awhile? Wrapping your wrist may help with pain but you may still be applying pressure to the injured area. I'd say try them see if it helps, you should be able to see improvement within a week.(that's how it went for me at physical therapy) If not I'd go get seen by a doctor and get a MRI or X-rays.

It has never been swollen, and the pain takes place only when I'm carrying a 10Kg+ weight with a hammer curl like movement
I feel the paint exclusively at that moment: not before, and not after.
I did have very long periods of absolutely no physical exercise, still the same...
