Got your pm today. Sorry it took so long to reply, I don't check them very often. When I tried to reply to your pm, it said your pm box was full so I figured I'll just reply here. So here goes.

If I can remember right, I think this is from a post about extra workouts.

When doing extra workouts, do some sort of light presses. My favorite is timed db presses. Then do a light tricep exercise: pressdowns, light JM, light extensions, band work. Then do back work: pulldowns, rows. Then do abs. Whenever you do an extra workout for bench recovery, do one of each of these.

For lower body: do a low back, dimmels, pullthroughs, sldl, ghr, rev. hyper, band work. Do light work for higher reps. Then do abs.

These workouts are for recovery purposes. This means you don't want to use so much weight that you inhibit the flow of blood into the muscle. Blood and oxygen are what repairs muscles.

Also, these workouts should never take more than 30 minutes, at most. Mine never take more than 20 and usually take 15. When you do them, do the exercises non stop. Go from one to the next and go quickly.
