My workout routine. I tacked on the wrist exercises on the Back/Bicep day simply because they are worked with curls. Sounds good, yes?

A couple of little things I'll point out

IMO:

I wouldn't do traps the day before deads

More deadlifts

add one more back thing after or before chins, bo rows maybe

Your leg day is far enough from back day to do sl deads instead of curls

You're doing 3 different bicep lifts but only one for triceps. Do more tris if you're going to isolate. You could add tri things in place of the push-ups

Thanks, Thai. I added in Tricep Extensions, another set of deads, SL-Deads in place of Leg Curls, and took out the Shrugs so I don't tear up my back early. Oh, and I also added in lying rows for an extra back exercise. This is going to be fun!

Dude, you need to learn how to make things simple for yourself. With hard training, your chest does not require more than 9 sets. . . especially if you are using high intensity. If you are performing 12 to 15 sets of chest, I believe you are wasting your time. Here is a good routine to follow that will hit every angle of the chest:

Incline Barbell Presses - 5 x 12*,10*,8,6,4
Parallel Dips or Flat Dumbbell Presses - 2 x 6-8
Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes - 2 x 8-12 (use moderate weights)

Work on building up your chest. Once you develop respectable size, then start switching around your routine.

* indicates warm up sets using light or moderate weights

Perhaps some lat raises for shoulders?

I see no dips.

But I'm happy you finally decided to include squats and deads. Atta boy.
