Okay looked through my old post on my summer 5x5 and changed up the things people offered advice on. How does it sound now? Any critique is welcomed. The only thing I dont like is I am not doing front laterals or upright rows. I dont want to seperate back/shoulder day into two days but if I added side laterals and upright row Day 2 would be way too much volume. What should I do?
Day 1:
Flat Bench 5x5
Incline Flyers 2x8-10
Butterfly 2x8-10
Weighted Dips 5x5
Skull Crushers 2x8-10
Wrist Rollers 3x4
Day 2:
Military Press 5x5
Side Laterals 2x8-10
Shrugs 2x8-10

Day 3:
Close Grip Bench 5x5
Curls 5x5
Reverse Curls 2x8-10
