I have a couple questions about it since I've never used it..

What does it do exactly? I know something about water retention and yeah..

So it puts water innyour muscles and makes them look bigger at first, so then you build the muscle to fill it in and then ? So if you take creatine for say.. 4 months and younlook bigger and your muscles did build a bit, but then you stop taking it, do your muscles just shrink even if you did build them? Sorry I'm a noob and I'm on my iPod so icant see if this thread was made already
 
it saturates your muscle to increase endurance and enable better uptake/absorption of nutrients when you take them. your muscle nuild by "heavy resistance" creating microscopic rips&tears in your muscle fibers and then your protein/aminos will help repair and grow into the gaps per say(actually that is whole other thread), but back to creatine. you can google creatine. There are tons and tons of articles on it and about the only supplement that clinicly proven to work. when you stop taking it then you just won't hold the water as well. unless you completely quit working ou then you can keep whatever gain.
 
creatine monohydrate is the most common... and the least effective form of creatine. The monohydrate requires a weird ass loading phase and if your like a lot of other people it may mess your stomach up, as well as make you bloat don't buy that crap.

If your interested in using creatine dont waste your cash on the monohydrate crap. Google; Creatine Ethyl Ester (Malate), that is a refined version of creatine. You can expect to gain about 3-5 lbs if you take it before and after your work outs for about 2-3 weeks atleast. How ever keep in mind its just water weight, superman your muscles are not going to be hard they will actually feel softish because they are saturated with water, But all in all this is a good product to get gains from. Creatine no matter what form it is a every day supplement in order for it to be effective.

I'm not sure where you heard that Creatine Monohydrate was crap?!!? It may take a little while to get in your system so you body gets used to it but from my experience and some in depth articles I've read on this subject, CM remains king! I'm not saying that CEE doesn't work the best for YOU but everybody is different. Just because it's not the latest and most recently hyped version of creatine doesn't mean that it's not still the best!! I tried CEE and I didn't get near the strength increase on it as I do CM, nor did I keep that constintly full look in my muscles that I know is just water weight but I happen to like. CM only takes about 3 days to get in my system before I start noticing major gains at the gym. CM 4 EVA
 
Lol I just bought this six star muscle stuff and I've gained about two pounds in the last couple of days? But my arms don't look vlbigger that's like my number one right now

You can take creatine with any steroid. All steroids increase the amount of atp muscles can hold. creatine increases ATP. So in reality higher doses of creatine can and should be used well on cycle and the effects are double that then if you were using creatin well not on cycle. The myth that creatine is wasted well on cycle is just that, A myth. The fact of the matter is people should use more of it well on cycle. 5g a day is the norm when off cycle and PCT. Upwards of 15g a day can be effectively used during cycles. I think the best way to do this is to use a mix. Use creatine mono pre and post work out as your base. Then added CEE in capsule form through out the rest of the day. RAW MCC may also be used.

I would also like to note that far to many people get tricked into the expensive "Exotic" Creatins out there. (forgive me ladies) Far to many treat creatin like pussy. At the end of the day they all do the same job and they all get the job done.

The rest is just for bragging rights or getting the approval of your peers. Looking cool with a cool named tub of creatin or a hot blond by your side.

Now when it comes to the poon of course you can justify going the extra mile and spending the extra time and money to get the better package. But when it comes to creatin. Don't waist your damn money. find the cheapest kind you can that don't upset your stomach and roll with it. I'll still give you a high five for it I promise!!!
