Creatine

Maybe we should change the name of this forum to Supplements and steriods since today everyone seems to keep posting supplement questions here instead of were it should be posted...This is clearly about creatine because its the name of the post,adding a steriod word to justifiy the post to keep it from being moved is just lame! This could of been answered just as easy in the proper forum....Whats next? Naked women pictures with,do you think shes hot enough to jerkoff while cycleing? Now yea get the point? :rolleyes:

dude, he asked if it was a good idea to take it while on steroids...a totally legit question....no one asked a simple supplement question....lets not all get butt-hurt bc someone mentioned the word creatine on a steroid board...god forbid someone should do that
 
I know a lot of people use creatine for PCT. You're supposed to cycle creatine, so might as well save it for PCT.

i think creatine might be more powerful than some people give it credit for. I remember a strength jump when i started it, and I crashed a couple weeks after i stopped. Even though i was a couple weeks into a test E cycle, my strength dropped. My program was the same, my cals were pretty consistent, and i had two weeks worth of test E building up in my system, but out of nowhere my reps started dropping by two to three on most exercises, and i could barely get through a workout. It was the weakest i'd been in months. It might have been other things, but i think the loss of creatine played a big part.
