no way, creatine is crucial IMO......3-5gms right before workout and an additional 5gms after.....i use celltech, i scoop before and one after workouts
Ive used it in my PCT on both of my cycles and Ive never felt a "crash" as far as strength loss, on both cycles I even got stronger 3-4 months afterwards so I think it would be beneficial only in pct.

Yeah word, using it PCT is good, but during a cycle I don't do..... My reason, I have developed Tendonitis a few times while on bulking cycles..... Reason being, my muscles get stronger faster, and the tendons have a hard time keeping up...... So, adding Creatine would prob make me stronger, and could increase the chance of Tendonitis..... Anyway, PCT is a good time for Creatine use....
