I've heard that before, and maybe it's the "sugar pill" effect of my mind, but it did not seem to hinder it any when I tried it...I felt I got as good if not better results than whn taking it with grape juice...always used the same brand creatine too.
Ahh well, even if it's just my mind, as long as it worked.
