Exactly one hour and forty five minutes after taking my creatine, guaranteed I would be on the toilet holding on for dear life as the Hoover Dam that was my anus was opened up and hordes of intestinal content came shooting out. I think at one point I looked down between my legs and saw salmon swimming upstream. I think the main thing was that I didn't drink enough water. I'm really scared to ever try it again though because pooing liquid everyday is about as cool as Michael Damien - "hey kids rock and rollllll...rock on."

I give it a thumbs up.

Do you juice, and if yes, how can you tell if it's the creatine working or just the juice?
spatts said:Whether or not it "works" depends on what you're are expecting it to do. Sounds like some of you are expecting it to make you grow. If that's the case, no wonder you think it sucks. All creatine will do is allow for more P to combine with ADP to make ATP so that you can work out longer.harder. THAT in turn might make you grow, but creatine alone will not.
Creatine and anavar work on the same pathway. Take them together and you may see some VERY nice results. You can also lay off the var and maintain the creatine, providing a taper effect for the receptor, and allowing for increased maintenance of gains.
I don't use creatine. I never felt like I needed more workout energy, not did I feel any more while on it. If I were using anavar in the future, I might try it again.

casavant said:How helpful do you think good mornings are in improving your deadlift? I've never really done them, but they seem to be such a staple of power lifters that I'm going to start including them as of tomorrow.

What's a "safety squat bar"? Is that referring to the rack it's done in or what?

The bar has a yoke built in...and the plates are set forward of where they normally would be. The bar tried to throw you forward...so you have to fight it back. Thats what makes it so effective.
PM me if you need any help....
