2g? It didnt help me bros......
The only thing I can tell you is that I have tried creatine in a variety of forms.
1)The serum didnt do shit..And it said it had 2.5g, I took it b4 workouts and didnt do anything.
2)I tried not loading the creatine, taking just 5g/day....powder...still didnt do shit.
3) I tried loading the creatine, at 20g/day first week, then maintain at 5g....First 2 weeks were good, but when I switched to 5g/day it stopped working.
4) 20g a day all the way...awesome. I dont stop feeling that "pump" for at least a month, then I stop creatine, and restart the next month. I feel its the best way to cycle it and use it IMO.
