For me the best energy intake ratio to loose fat and retain muscle seems to be 45-50% carbs, 15%fat, 35-40% protein.
Are you thinking about competing Molle, or is it just a little hobby diet?

I do have the daily can of tuna, 2 duoble scoop protein shakes, and designer protein bar to get enough quality protein.

Citruscide said:The only thing I really count is my protein... to make sure I have enough in my daily diet... oh, that and ounces of water... Everything else, I just try not to be hungry all day and make sure I eat enough. If I had to guess, I'd say I ate around 4000cal's a day.
And if I try to cut, only a few days of cardio is needed... same diet.
