Hi i was wondering if anyone could critique my work out or give me some pointers.

Legs & Core
Back squats 4X6
Single leg, leg press 4X6
Sumo deadlift 4X6
Leg curls 4X6
Crunches 3X15
Med ball twists 3X15

Back & Bi's
Lat pulls 4X6
Chin-ups wide grip 4Xfailure
Seated row 4X6
Upright row 4X6
Concentration curls 4X6
Zotman curls 4X6

Shoulder & Calfs
Barbell behind neck press 4X6
DB shoulder press 4X6
Barbell shrugs 4X6
DB front shoulder raises 4X6
DB lateral shoulder raises 4X6
DB rear delt raises 4X6
Seated calf press 4X6

I would reduce it to

It's basically sound... maybe a bit high in volume. I like Revrex's changes... specically his changes in exercises. He picked the right ones to keep.
 
shoulders is too close to chest and will cause problem when you start getting to higher weight.

Close-grip bench
Decline crunches

Legs/core
Squats
SLDL
F. squats
Sumo deads

Shoulders/calves
Military press
Reverse flyes
Lateral raises
Calf raises

Back/bis
Chins
Bent rows
Deads
Barbel curls
db curls
