hey, i'm trying to lean up now but i have two problems. one is its a pain in the ass to drive to the gym in the morning since i have to pay for parking, and two i have 8am classes which means i have to be doing cardio at like 6am, but i have a weird schedule and don't get out of there till 10pm so i never train until 10:30pm at night and by the time i get to bed its like 1am so its pretty difficult to get a godo nights sleep in. so my question is could i still get good results by doing cardio after i lift, so lift for an hour then do half an hour cardio?

Stop yer bitching :) I've got 8am classes. I wake up at 5 to lift/do cardio. On days I lift, I only do about 20 minutes cardio afterwards, then go straight to eat

Yes you can do cardio after. Thats the best time. I say this because most people say that they can't lift heavy after a tiring cardio workout, plus your body is in calorie increased burning mode after you workout, so cardio after is the best time. Just eat right aftre you do cardio, you will be fine...your not going to loose precious mucsle because you eat 30 minutes later

so u think that its better to it afterwards eh. so do you think then that after lets say an hour of lifting that your glycogen storage will be depleted enought to be in fat burning mode (just like after fasting during sleep)? it sure makes sense though that you'd be stronger since you didn't burn yourself out in the morning. i'm on 600mg test, 100mg fina eod, and 50mg winny ed with arimidex too, i should be pretty lean and hard by the end of it. I was do ing animalbolics diet (where you only eat like 800 calories throughought the day then two big meals after you lift) but by the time i could make it to workout i had 0 energy due to it being so late in the day. so no i just eat low carb high protein, moderate fat, and all complex carbs except after i lift and i'm still getting good results and have lots of energy.
