Cottage Cheese during cutting

I didnt say u cant get cuts. WHY make it easier for body to hold water....ahhh fuck itt....Drink salt water if you want..just read my posts in their context, im NOT saying avoid cot chz

The sodium isn't too bad unless you have high blood pressure or some other condition that would dictate you avoid it. It is especially good for me because, when I finally cut sodium out, the effect will be more pronounced. Is the calorie value different between the regular, lowfat and fatfree cottage cheese? I'll bet it's not too signicant. You need some fat in a good diet anyway.

you NEED sodium in your diet just as much as you need calcium or potassium.

cutting sodium out completely will mess up hormonal balances and blood pressure.

you need about 1mg of sodium for every calorie you eat.

Yeah the calorie difference isn't much btu the funny thing is, that the lower the fat content the higher the sodium, sugar and carbs:confused:

So for a 2200 daily calorie diet, you would need 2.2 g of sodium?

Another thing to keep track of:mad:
Oh well, what am I going to do.

it's just a recommendation.

as long as you aren't eating really high sodium foods, you should be golden. no need to track your sodium intake mg by mg, just watch out for the bad stuff.

I like dairies before bed

For your last meal casein is better than whey

and as it has been said, sodium is not such an issue
drink plenty and it will be OK
BTW there is way less sodium in cottage cheese than in tuna

Well, to each there own. I know when i switch to low sodium, cut out, dairy, and drink tons of water, thats when i start to get razor thin. I bet if you guys count your sodium intake you would really surprised where it is lurking. Most ppl probable avg around 4gm a day....at LEAST.

For my purposes, I try to get more sodium than usual then when I stop all of the sudden, my body keeps flushing it out. Sodium loading.

Try mixing 1 Cup low fat reduced sodium cot chz, 2 scoops vanilla whey powder, cinnamin, .5 granny smith apple diced, packet splenda(or other sweetener). Mix up cheese, whey, splenda, cinnamin, then fold in apple pieces. Taste mmm.

approx. 360cal, 62gm pro, 27gm carb, 2gm fat

i just tried this. i could barely finish it. :p
