I read that if you did light cardio for 10 min. after weights, you would remove the majority of the lactic acid in the muscles, and therefore enhance recovery. I do it right after my post-workout meal
i drink my post workout drink Immediately after my last set, so my cooldown is right after my last set maybe 1 or 2 minutes . If you did a cooldown later say 20 minutes later- that would be stupid
