Continuous OC usage to stop periods?

I have been searching for ~2 hours for a thread from some time ago with info on continuous usage of OC to stop periods. In other words, skip the placebos and start directly with next month's pills. I have a friend who I mentioned this to and told her I would try to dig up the info tonight. Could someone help me out here, maybe steer me in the right direction as to where I might find this particular thread?
