Alright can someone please help me i read over all these routines and i am hoping someone can answer my questions.  I work full time landscaping and mowing lawn so i burn a large number of calories. I am currently doing a 5 day split every morning before work tried with high and low reps. I am bulking well trying taking in 4000 a day bumping it up gradually. I have an ecto build and doesnt help when burning so many calories so would low reps less volume 3 day split be a better deal?
