Competition #2 For Anyone and Everyone

I'm thinkin I should start my own log, rather than clutter up this thread with this stuff.

I have 2 Excel spreadsheets. One has about 7 pages broken down into different food groups. Each group has different items listed with the macro nutrients, as shown.
The second spreadsheet has my daily diet stuff. I just copy & paste what I ate, then adjust each unit value, based on the control weight for that item.
Most of my stuff is Canadian.
Eg, the Cheerio's, I had 65g /30g(serving size on the label) = 2.17 servings
