im starting my 5x5 plan today, SO, be ready for a change. Im officially going to cut down, on the 5x5 plan, it leaves me plenty of time to do cardio =]
Plus im going on ECA(premade) stacker, and i picked up some YES, so combined two should have a great effect on stubborn belly fat.
seriously, you have some of the best calves i have EVER seen ... I can see def. improvements in your back as well, I am sure the front has them as well
Thanks for the positive responses. I want to work on my arms & chest. I've finally got my bench over 225 again.
The legs are from carrying around 250+ lbs for the last 20 yrs. I'm gonna concentrate on fat loss & chest & arms for the next coupla months.
